Blog Update: 13/10/2021

Breathing has become such a luxury these days. No, I am not terminally ill, I am just another victim of our dreadful educational system.

Usually, I would complain of not being able to catch my breath between lectures and other extra-curricular activities, but this period feels like I have always been exaggerating all along.

Back-to-back classes; my newfound love for CLASFON{Christian Law Students’ Fellowship of Nigeria}; and my renewed determination to read more books this year has finally caught up with me. Whenever I do manage to drag myself back to my hostel, I feel like I have been beaten with a metal baton.

It goes without saying that I have not used my laptop in more than a month and have not read as many books as I planned to. Before the semester started, I had so many plans for this blog. Little did I know that the school had plans of its own.

I have now decided to sneak in at least thirty minutes of writing every day so that I do not lose my touch and that I remain able to communicate with you guys here!

Let us be in touch! What has been going on with you?

Ayebai-Preye

Hello! My name is Preye and I am a 2nd-year law student at the University of Porthacourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. I love writing, reading and Korean dramas. When I am doing neither of these things, I can be found manifesting my inner Tina Snow on the dance floor.
