The start of a new month always makes me want to take stock of all the stories waiting to be read and putting together this list of the best new books coming out in April 2026 always makes me happy.
I love these posts because they give me an excuse to slow down, look through upcoming releases, and share the titles that are already sparking my curiosity (and rapidly growing my TBR).
I’ve organised this post by genre so you can easily jump to whatever you’re in the mood for – whether that’s romance, thrillers, literary fiction, nonfiction, fantasy, science fiction, or a little romantasy magic.
